FY25 Continuum of Care
Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The FY25 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity has been released by HUD with a final deadline of January 14th, 2026.

The Three County CoC FY25 RFP is now available!

​

Applications are due to Community Action Pioneer Valley by December 12th.

The FY25 NOFO was released on November 13 and is due by January 14. $3.918 billion is available to apply for. Applicants should anticipate awards to be announced on May 1, 2026.

CoC Timeline

  • On December 1st, the CoC will release its RFP. Applications will be due by December 12th. 

  • The CoC will hold a Bidder's Conference on December 5th.

  • "Office Hours" will be held on December 9th. 

  • Projects will be notified on December 31st if they have been approved, rejected, or had a reduction in funding.

  • And finally, the CoC will post the completed consolidated application and full project listing on January 9th!
